FREE EBOOK FOR CHURCH LEADERS

This short e-book introduces a simple tool and 4 step process, I have developed to help churches understand both the spiritual and the communal journey an individual goes on to become a Christian. This tool helps enable churches to think through what needs to be done in terms of outreach and in terms of how we welcome people into the church community. ‘Snakes and Ladders’ enables churches to consider evangelism as more than someone simply saying a prayer of commitment, but instead look at the whole discipleship journey as people come to faith, join the church family and participate in the Great Commission.

The title ‘Snakes & Ladders’ is after the children’s board game, because it’s a powerful metaphor to help us as church leaders think through the culture and structure of the local church. Within the local church there are certain values and practices which can either help people move closer to God (via ladders) or further away from God (via snakes).
